POCAR is a 48 hour orienteering race in southern Indiana where 35-40 teams of 4-6 racers race through the forest to find flags placed by volunteers.

As the Registration Coordinator for POCAR, I am in charge of all racer registration, forms, and payment for the largest event the Purdue Outing Club puts on every year.

The first PDF is the registration form I created on the Purdue Outing Club website. These responses are collected on an Excel sheet. I then transfer these responses to the second PDF, the POCAR 2023 Master List. On this sheet, teams are listed with all emergency contact information and forms. The last PDF is an Excel sheet is a team finder I created for people who want to race but do not have a team to race with.

When the race begins in January, I will be in charge of checking teams in and keeping track of teams.
